Service descriptionThe rental price of the service includes the use of the birthday room according to the pre-booked time, and in total all guests can stay in the Trampolino trampoline center for 3 hours. Birthday rooms have a fixed number of seats. If there are more guests than the room provides, a fee of 5€ per child will apply for each additional child. Possibility to purchase disposable tableware (plate, cutlery, drinking cup) at the price of 1.5€ per child. The room has a cutting board, 2 bowl, cake spatula, water jug and flower vase for your use. Guests invited to the birthday party do not need to purchase a separate trampoline center ticket. Birthday room guests can bring their own food and drink or use Trampolino’s catering service. The internal rules of birthday rooms can be found here. HF TOYS OÜ does not provide childcare services. According to the internal rules of the Trampolino Trampoline Center, children younger than 7 may not stay in the Trampoline Center without a parent or chaperone (the chaperone must be at least 16 years old). Children staying at the birthday party are the responsibility of the parent or the person who booked the birthday room, including if the party is conducted by a party leader. To ensure safety, we ask parents to monitor the activities and safety of all children present at their party.
Placing the order through the websiteTo order the service, a reservation must be made through the reservation system on the Trampolino website. To complete the order, you must select the appropriate products and services and fill in the necessary fields. The amount of the fee (€) is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via the bank link provided by Maksekeskus. If you choose the option to pay only the booking fee 50 € when making a reservation, the rest of the room rent is paid on the spot by card or cash. However, the ordered catering is immediately added to the booking fee and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Additional services are paid locally by card or cash due to later confirmation of the service. The reservation of the birthday room takes effect from the moment of payment. If it is not possible to offer the reserved time or additional activity, the buyer will be informed about this and the money paid will be returned as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification. Upon successful booking, an automatic booking confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address entered in the booking. Cancellation termsNB! In case of cancellation, the booking fee will not be refunded. To change a reservation, written notification to info@trampolino.ee more than 48 hours before the reservation time must be submitted. The reserved birthday time can be changed within a maximum of 1 (one) year from the original date.
Dispute ResolutionIf the buyer has any complaints about the Trampolino Trampoline Center, they should be sent by e-mail to info@trampolino.ee or by calling +372 5379 5555. If the buyer and the company cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Commission. You can familiarize yourself with the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge. The buyer can turn to the platform for resolving consumer disputes of the European Union.
