From 7. year of age, a child can stay at the trampoline center independently. Younger visitors must stay in the center only with a parent or chaperone (the chaperone must be at least 16. years old).
Trampolino Trampoline Center does not provide childcare services. Staying at the trampoline center is the responsibility of the child himself or his parent/guardian.
Socks with rubber soles are mandatory to prevent injuries from slipping.
Visitors with symptoms of illness are not allowed in the trampoline center – Trampolino employees have the right to stop the visit in case of symptoms of illness.
Please leave your outerwear and shoes in the designated place.
Trampolino Trampoline Center is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings, including loss, theft or damage to valuables.
The service must be used according to the time indicated on the ticket. If the visiting time is exceeded, an additional fee must be paid according to the price list.
While staying at the trampoline center, take care of your own safety and the safety of others by acting in accordance with the safety rules in the center. In case of an accident or any other danger, immediately contact the staff of the trampoline center for help.
The maintenance and activities of the trampoline center are coordinated by Trampolino employees. If necessary, the staff has the right to limit the number of people using the attraction or to redirect people. In case of violation of the rules, the employee has the right to call people to order or ask them to leave the attraction.
It is forbidden to enter the trampoline center with your own food or drink (except for birthday room rentals and reusable drink bottles). Please consume the drinks and food on sale in the designated place.
Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Neither the trampoline center nor its employees take responsibility for possible accidents if the visitor has violated the general or safety rules of the trampoline center.
The property of the game center must be used prudently. Trampolino Trampoline Center has the right to demand compensation for damaged property according to the damage caused, which is proven by camera or other information extracts.
The trampoline center has video surveillance.
NB! Filming and photography is allowed in the trampoline center only with the written consent of the management of the Trampolino Trampoline Center. Trampolino, as a legal entity, may use photographed and filmed materials on the company's website and social media channels. If the visitor does not agree that his/her identity is captured on any material made by the company, please inform Trampolino employees.
